The Battle Guitar is a lethal weapon originally created by Higgs, who notably used it to kill Sam multiple times until Drawbridge took it from its original owner for study. The guitar was subsequently modified by Tarman and given to Sam.
Overview[]
A special weapon designed for Sam following Tarman's analysis of Higgs's own guitar. Strumming the guitar fires chiral crystal projectiles from its head, inflicting massive amounts of damage on BTs and mechs. The guitar can also be charged up to imbue its projectiles with increased power.
The chiral crystals fired from the guitar are usually supplied from Sam's own chiral cylinder. On the Beach, however, the guitar is powered by condensed chiralium from the atmosphere.
A blade built in to the guitar's body pops out, transforming it into a majestic axe and making the instrument a devastating weapon at any range.

- No less than three versions of the battle guitar are featured in the game. Higgs's own guitar is a double instrument made out of gold, while his mech version uses a red variant. While both weapons are fitted with a flamethrower, Sam's guitar loses this ability and features a blue body instead.
