The Cosplayer is a Prepper and delivery recipient of Sam's. As her name suggests, she is a cosplayer and creates various costumes.
Story[]
Background[]
The Cosplayer grew up as a Prepper in the Central Region with her twin sister, the Spiritualist. During this period, she secluded herself from the rest of the world, interested only in making costumes and losing herself in the characters she dressed as. Eventually, she encountered a man who changed her mind about staying separate from the world. Soon after this, the two married and moved into a private shelter.
Sam's westward expedition[]
Sam makes contact with The Cosplayer and her husband during his westward expedition, asking her to join the UCA and the Chiral Network. Joining the UCA ultimately helped her in spreading the word about cosplaying, with various different people getting in touch with her and sending new ideas and designs for her to create. As a thanks to Sam, The Cosplayer gives him a special Otter Hood which she made out of silk as stated by the Wandering MC to help Sam throughout his journey.

- The Cosplayer considers cosplay itself not only an art of transformation, but also a way to live in harmony with nature. She believes that humanity will not survive so long as it is always fighting against nature. She concludes that humanity must surrender itself to the natural rhythms of the world and flow with nature.
- In a way, this is similar to Bridget Strand's Reconstructionism.
- It is unknown whether her love for cosplay and costume making was a lifelong passion, or if it was a more recent development.
