Drawbridge is a civilian company that was founded by Fragile to reconnect the fractured regions outside the United Cities of America borders, who operate in the world post-Last Stranding.

Story

Background

After unification, the UCA launched a plan to expand the Chiral Network outside their borders. However, many things changed within the UCA, with Bridges being disbanded once everything was set up, the staff relocated and Sam's friends and old collegues take different paths, therefore no longer managing the distribution network with human porters.

At some point, following the disbandment of Bridges, Fragile shut down Fragile Express and found the civilian logictics company Drawbridge, which would do what Bridges and her former company did and would help those outside the Chiral Network. To do so, she is secretly financed and aided by an unknown benefactor, who she has never met in person. In addition to financial aid, the benefactor also provided Fragile with the DHV Magellan ship, which can travel through the tar. It also serves as a mobile base for the organization.

Reunite the world

With means and funds, Fragile can begin what the UCA, and Bridges planned to do: join the regions outside the borders to the Chiral Network, starting from Mexico, and to do so she searches for and finds Sam, who lives alone in a shelter after Lou's death, to convince him to once again be the point man for this new expedition.
