The Eastern Region is one of the three regions into which continental America is divided after the events of the Death Stranding.
Topography[]
Being one of the two smallest region, it consist mainly of flat grasslands crossed by a series of rivers and streams, easily crossed, which meet in a small lake in the center of the region. Although it also has two mountainous areas, of which the central one, influenced by the huge crater caused by the destruction of Central Knot City, where both Preppers are located and a dense and rocky forest area, where the Wind Farm is located since the area is very windy even if infested with BTs. The second mountainous area separates Port Knot City, and its outlet on Ground Zeroes lake which leads to the central region, from the rest of the Bridges facilities, also influenced by a BT-infested area.
Although the region is easily traversed on foot, the use of a reverse trike makes deliveries much easier.
