- Cross the battlefield and go to Cliff.
- Defeat Cliff.
Story[]
Arrival[]
After arriving to Lake Knot City, a chiral supercell takes Sam to another of Clifford's Beach. Sam finds himself in the middle of a battlefield in what seems to be the Vietnam War, identified by the jungle terrain, "Huey" helicopters, soldiers geared with M1 helmets, M16 rifles, and M60 machine guns.
Cliffs Defeat[]
Once Cliff is defeated, he meets with BB and Sam. BB expresses joy at the sight of Cliff, and Cliff tells Sam that he is the bridge to the future as he places his dog tag over him. Cliff embraces Sam, and disappears at the sound of a gunshot. Sam sees BB's memory, where Die-Hardman and Cliff are at Lisa's room, revealing that Die-Hardman served under Cliff.
Sam wakes up at Port Knot City, finding Cliff's dog tag on BB's pod inside a private room. Deadman finds a prerecorded message from Die-Hardman, revealing that the doll seen with Cliff is needed to access Beaches. Die-Hardman expresses doubt over Amelie's existence and EE status, and plans to kill Amelie with a gun loaded with hematic rounds. Die-Hardman's face is also revealed in the cutscene.
Walkthrough[]
Sam must traverse the battlefield through the jungle and villages before he reaches a clearing where he must fight Cliff. There is tall grass in which Sam can maneuver through for stealth takedowns. The area where you will have to fight Cliff is very open, so you will have to take cover behind the whales, trees, or stealth attack from the tall grass.
