The Film Director is a prepper and delivery recipient of Sam's. As his name suggests, he is probably a film director.
Story[]
The Film Director grew up a prepper in the Central Region after the Death Stranding. Here, he live watching and studing every film, picture and video that he could get his hands on.
Sam made contact with him during his westward expedition to get him to join the UCA and the chiral network after delivery him a tablet. While enjoy the device, was capable of displaying all manner of video and imagery, thanks of the contract with Bridges, he prefer to live the experience of them into movie theaters, like in the days before the Stranding. At some point he seem to see half-dozen times Sam around his zone, while at first thinking of an hologram, a ghost or other porters similar to him, he decide to enter the UCA using the Q-pid the real Sam brought with him.
After that, and after procure to Sam an hologram generator for the odradek, he decide that the others Sam he see are all real, and made the decision to use the generator technology to shoot a whole movie, “The Great Deliverer”, with Sam at the starring role.
