A grenade pouch is a customization feature that allows Sam to carry additional grenades, with the added benefit of keeping them from falling off of his back during tumbles. One grenade pouch can hold an entire case of grenades. For instance, if you have 4 grenade pouches equipped, you could hold 4 cases of Hematic grenades in them totaling 20 grenades. Grenade weight is still applied to Sam's total cargo weight.

A pouch for carrying grenades. Equipping it will free up space on your back, allowing you to carry more cargo.
The pouch will also protect its contents from timefall and impact. Multiple grenade pouches can be equipped at once.
Be aware that if a pouch is removed from your backpack, its contents will be transferred to a private locker.
