Lindsay Wagner is an American film and television actress, model, author, singer, acting coach, and adjunct professor. In Death Stranding, she provided the English voice, appearance, and motion capture for Bridget, as well as the appearance and motion capture for Amelie.

She is best known for her portrayal of Jaime Sommers in the American science fiction television series The Bionic Woman (1976–1978).

Notes Edit

  • Lindsay lacks interest in typical "good guy, bad guy, I win because I'm more violent and I'm stronger" video games, and agreed to work on Death Stranding due to finding the game to be deep and profound with an agreeable intention.[1]
  • Hideo Kojima grew up watching The Bionic Woman, which he used to watch every week as a 13-year-old. From watching the show, he became infatuated with Lindsay's character Jaime Sommers and the actress herself, and later came to notice an endearing commonality between Jaime and Lindsay herself upon meeting Lindsay in person.[1]
  • Death Stranding would be the second game directed by Hideo Kojima to borrow Lindsay's likeness, as Kojima's 1988 game Snatcher has a character named Jaime Seed, wife of the game's protagonist Gillian Seed, that shares her likeness.[2]
