The GL-Six+ Remote-detonation Grenade launcher is a versatile man portable grenade launcher capable of repeat fire. It was designed and manufactured by FAI.

The GL-Six+ is a revolver-style grenade launcher, derived from the GL-Six, that fires remote-detonation adhesive projectile, making it the best weapon for eliminating multiple target simultaneously at a specific time. Like it counterpart, the GL-Six+ let the user choose between four ammo type: anti-BT hematic rounds, lethal grenade rounds, slip rounds and non-lethal tranquilizer rounds, making the weapon useful in a variety of situations.

- The Remote-detonation Grenade launcher holds 8 rounds with another 16 in reserve.
- The hematic rounds seem to be the same strength as level 1 Hematic grenades, but with greater range.
- The tranquilizer gas can knock Sam out if he walks into the cloud.
- The "slip" rounds create an oil slick on the ground that will temporarily hinder humans.
