
A Safehouse is a structure that allows the player to create a Private room.
Overview[]
Safehouse create private room that has all the capabilities of a distribution center such as resting, fabricating, etc. Most people in the world that Sam meet during his expedition don't offer a private room for rest, nor fast travel, so Safehouses easily solve this, granting the user a moment of respite before continuing on the ventures. It's greatly integrated with the online social component, so there's a chance that the user see lots of these created by other players.
Safehouses are built with the PCC Lv. 2 and, like Bridges, the PCC will construct a foundation and will then require materials in order to be completed. Lv. 2 allows for customization options while Lv. 3 increases the structure's durability against Timefall. They require 2500 bandwidth of the Chiral Network.
Not only do Safehouses give rest but they also replenish Sam’s Monster energy Canteen or Bridges energy canteen (in the Director’s Cut), they also replenish Sam’s ammo supply and occasionally fill up a blood bag.
Target Range[]
The structure also include a target range (Director’s cut only) where Sam can test out his skills against targets in a simulation type training range. Sam does not lose any ammo and all guns are given to him when he chooses a drill.
The target range includes a few drills for Sam to try out with the first few being to defeat MULEs with a strand, defeat BTs with the cord cutter ect. The further drills include to defeat BTs with grenades, as well as MULEs, then it goes further to let you defeat them again with assult rifles only, and then further to allow you to defeat them with all weapons. Sam can also choose to defeat targets instead of other enemies, that look like the usual targets at a shooting range.
Sam can freely choose which drill he wants to do and can repeat it as many times as he wants.
