Silver Hand

Silver Hand is a wearable item provided after retrieving a V-Engraved Chip from a Homo Demens Camp West of Waystation North of Mountain Knot.

Overview[]

The Silver Hand replaces Sam's left arm, greatly increasing the power of his left hand. Climbing will not drain Sam's endurance gauge and makes it easier to stop a slide and pick up cargo. It also increases the speed at which Sam climbs ropes and ladders, as well as raising the effectiveness of his punches and throws. These bonuses do however drain batteries at a faster rate but will gradually recharge in sunny and cloudy weather.

The Silver Hand is one of several cross-content items^[1] from Cyberpunk 2077 available in the PC version, and later maintained in the Director's Cut of Death Stranding.
- It is the same implant that Johnny Silverhand has in Cyberpunk 2077.
