Smoke-emitting decoy cargo is a tool that Sam can utilize to distract enemies.

Overview[]

The Smoke-emitting decoy cargo is a non-lethal decoy with the same look as a normal cargo. It's fake ID tag can be pinned by a MULEs pole. This can lead enemies to approach the cargo, and when opened up, it unleashes a massive smoke cloud that blinds them, allowing Sam to take action.
