Sticky Gun

The MA-STG mod-0 Sticky Gun is a specialized weapon, manufactured by FAI, that Sam can use to easily retrieve cargo.

Overview[]

The MA-STG mod-0 fires adhesive rounds connected to a wire that stick to pieces of cargo, allowing them to be reeled in. Cargo reeled in this way need to be caught in midair in order to avoid damage. The effectiveness of the adhesive will deteriorate as time passes, until eventually the round can no longer be used.

When aimed, it will automatically lock on to any cargo within range. Has no effect on BTs or human targets. If used against MULEs, or other porters, it will take off cargo from their backpack and hurl it towards the user, as well as briefly stagger them.

Be aware that MULEs will not catch cargo that is hurled toward them, resulting in impact damage. In addition to Sam, the sticky gun is also used by the MULEs, which they use to steal cargo.
