Tools are a kind of Cargo that Sam carries and can help him traverse the world.

• Climbing anchors
• PCCs
• Container Repair Spray
• Blood bags
• Smoke-emitting decoy cargo
• Vog-emitting decoy cargo

Acquiring Tools

Tools are typically given as rewards for completing deliveries. Once Sam has acquired a tool (or given a schematic for a tool), he can have it fabricated using an Access Terminal. Tools, as well as all other items, require Materials to fabricate. If a facility lacks the necessary materials, it can not be fabricated there.
