Troy Baker is an American voice actor and musician who provided the English voice and appearance for Higgs in Death Stranding.
He is one of the most renowned voice actors in the video game industry, known for voicing key characters in many high-profile video games. Such characters include Joel in The Last of Us, Booker DeWitt in BioShock Infinite, Tim Drake, Jason Todd, Two-Face and the younger Joker in the Batman: Arkham series, and Sam Drake in Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, among others.
