Unidentified Fragile Express woman

The unidentified Fragile Express woman

The unidentified Fragile Express woman is a young woman bearing the logo of Fragile Express who comes into contact with Sam at some point in Death Stranding.

Story Edit

The unidentified Fragile Express woman, at some point, offers Sam a job working for her, noting how hard it must be for him on his own in the world.

At another point, the unidentified Fragile Express woman again meets Sam, just as mysterious entities begin manifesting near him. After the entities leave, she sheds a tear and, with Sam, watches as five floating figures survey from the sky momentarily until they disappear. Afterwards, she warns Sam to be mindful of the mysterious entities' return and remarks that timefall cannot wash everything away – the ever-clinging past in particular – before departing.

Abilities Edit

Like Sam, the unidentified Fragile Express woman possesses the unique aspect of DOOMs. Her extinction factor is also noted to be higher than Sam's.

Behind the scenes Edit

The unidentified Fragile Express woman's English voice, appearance, and motion capture were provided by Léa Seydoux, while her Japanese voice was provided by Nana Mizuki.[1] She was first introduced in the E3 2018 trailer.

In February 2019, Hideo Kojima revealed that the unidentified Fragile Express woman is a homage to Mary Poppins.[2]
